In the app, Urge help always has crisis lines for your country, free.

Delete your data

Open QuitPeko → Settings → Your data → Delete everything. It erases everything on your iPhone, removes you from circles and deletes our anonymous purchase record. To also erase feedback or support messages you sent us, email support@vunpeko.com from the same address.
